RTI Centre

The Right to Information (RTI) Centre was in September 2017 with the support of Dinesh Thakur, well-known whistleblower of Ranbaxy. The centre aims to spread the awareness of RTI Act in order to improve transparency and accountability in governance. We also seek to have pro-active disclosure of information implemented by public authorities under section 4(1) of RTI Act, 2005. The RTI Centre conducts seminars, workshops, events and programmes in colleges, institutes in and around Mumbai and Pune. The programmes are conducted by eminent RTI experts and activists like Shailesh Gandhi, Anil Galgali, Vinita Deshmukh and others.
